Q: I don’t know which labels I need – how can I order the right ones?

A: You are welcome to contact us (email us / give us a call) and our team will assist you in choosing the correct product for your requirements.

Q: How quickly will I receive my order?

A: All orders received by 3pm (Mon – Fri) are dispatched daily. We send all orders Free of charge via Royal Mail 48 / Parcelforce 48 hour services. If you need your order sooner – why not upgrade to faster shipping for delivery via Royal Mail 24 / Parcelforce 24!

Q: I don’t have PayPal – can I still buy from Mr-Label?

A: Of course! Whilst we prefer PayPal, we do also accept card payments via Telephone and by prior arrangement we can accept BACS transfers. We also offer accounts for government, public sector, or educational customers.

Q: I live in Jersey – do you really deliver to the Channel Islands for free?

A: Yes – provided you have a UK Postcode. In fact, we can deliver to ANY UK Postcode at no extra cost – including the Scottish Highlands / Islands (although delivery to offshore postcodes can take a little longer than 48 hours.

Q: Are you really based in the UK?

A: Yes – all of our stock is in our purpose built warehouse facility, based in Derbyshire in the East Midlands. Our customer service, accounts and warehouse teams are all based there too – which means we can give you the best service possible.

Q: Why are your prices so low? Is it because the quality is not as good as other suppliers?

A: Absolutely not! Our prices are low because we buy the best stock, from our carefully selected suppliers at the best possible price. We like to ensure our customers receive value for money – so we pass on as much of the savings as possible. We check the quality of the items we buy regularly to ensure consistency. Our returns rate is less than 0.5% and our great feedback record backs up the quality of our product.

Q: Which couriers do you use?

A: We generally use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for most orders. Occasionally, we do use others depending on the requirements of a particular consignment or delivery destination.
