We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Mr-Label, but in the unlikely event that there's a problem or you need to return a product, please contact our friendly customer service team and we will do our best to get things resolved quickly and easily.
The best method of contact with our customer service team is via email to info@mr-label.co.uk. We aim to respond to all messages within 2 hours (during office hours). Please include your contact information, an order number, and any other information that may help.
If you have simply changed your mind and would like to return your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a return authorisation (RMA) number. We will then be able to provide you with the correct returns information for you to return the unused product back to ourselves. Once returned, we will process a refund to the original payment method for the order. It's important that any unwanted item is returned in a re-saleable, new and unused condition. This means that you return all original packaging and labels, and that the product is undamaged and unused. Please be aware that we do not offer free postage labels or refund the cost of return postage for returned items. We reserve the right to not refund any additional shipping paid by the customer for Expedited / Pre-10 / Special Delivery selected at checkout.
Please contact us to discuss any problems you're experiencing with any of our products. Should the item need to be returned, we can then provide you with the correct returns information for you to return the faulty item to us. Once returned, we will test the faulty item and, if confirmed to be faulty, we’ll refund the returned products along with any return postage costs incurred (if applicable) to the original payment method. If we provide a free return postage label / courier service, we'll refund the original payment method only for the returned products. We reserve the right to not refund any additional shipping paid by the customer (e.g. for Expedited / Pre-10 / Special Delivery chosen at checkout.)
We can arrange for an exchange of returned products instead of a refund. Please let us know if you would like to exchange your products for the same or an alternative model. Any difference in prices will be charged or refunded accordingly.
We can’t offer refunds or exchanges on products which have been personalised or for customised products.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
